U1W3 Lesson 2
This week, students continue Number Worlds, Level F, Number Sense. Students will explore prime numbers and break whole numbers down into various factors. Skills Focus
  • Find factor pairs of a whole number, and understand that many whole numbers break down in different ways.
  • Use area models to list the factors of a whole number and determine prime numbers.
  • Determine whether an expression is a prime or a composite.
  • Determine if a given number is a factor of another.
