This week, students continue Number Worlds, Level E, Addition. Students will explore the commutative and associative properties of addition (without formally being introduced to the terminology) as an addition strategy.
3.NBT.2 Fluently add and subtract within 1000 using strategies and algorithms based on place value, properties of operations, and/or the relationship between addition and subtraction.- Students review skills learned this week and complete the weekly assessment.
