U2W3 Lesson 5
This week, students continue Number Worlds, Level F, Addition and Subtraction. Students will move away from whole numbers and focus on the addition and subtraction of fractions. They will also gain further experience with the concept of fractions as parts of a whole or parts of a set. Students will use manipulatives to compare fractions.  Skills Focus Know that when all fractional parts are included the result is equal to the whole and to one. Compare fractions using models. Add and subtract fractions using models. Solve fraction word problems.

    Objective: SWBAT......

Students review skills learned this week and complete the weekly assessment.
